Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we will work diligently to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and must be addressed within 30 days of accepting delivery. All order cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns shall not be accepted. Additional fees may apply if the item has been damaged, used or missing any parts/accessories. Precious metals are not eligible for return. 

All Sigma Metalytics products sold by AG Bullion LLC are factory new and covered by Sigma Metalytics’ two year warranty. If you recently purchased a Sigma Metalytics product from AG Bullion LLC and are experiencing issues with it, please contact us for support. In the event that we are unable to troubleshoot the issue we will put you in touch with Sigma Metalytics for technical support and/or warranty repair/replacement. 

All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes incurred by the government, and such are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers shipping to Canada are encouraged to select an express UPS shipping service at checkout, such as UPS Worldwide Expedited, in order to avoid any potential brokerage fees that UPS Standard might incur.
